Due to the extra long blade of the Forged Brute butchers knife you prepare and portion large pieces of meat with ease. Characteristic is the upward curve at the end. With the butcher knife you can cut nice and straight slices of meat in one go. The Forged Brute knives are manufactured out of Japanese 440C Steel with a hardness level of 58 Rockwell.
