Keep these few ingredients stocked in your pantry and you will always be prepared for last minute guests! This is a great appetizer to keep you out of the kitchen!
Ingredients:

1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated

1 pizza shell or flatbread

1 cup bruschetta

1 1/2 cups asiago cheese (or to cover)
Steps:

Preheat barbecue on LOW. Spread pizza shell or flatbread with bruschetta and sprinkle generously with the asiago and mozzarella cheese. Place directly on lightly oiled grids, and cook until the cheese has melted and there are light grill marks on the bottom of the crust.

Slice into small wedges for an appetizer, or larger portions for lunch.
