For 4 people
Ingredients:
- 4 large potatoes
- 5 cl of olive oil
- Fresh thyme or savoury (sarriette) to taste
- Table salt to taste
Preparation:
- Wash and scrub the potatoes.
- Cut the potatoes into 8 mm slices.
- Cook them for 5 minutes in salted water.
- Drain the potato slices, brush with olive oil and sprinkle fresh thyme or savoury on them.
- Place the potato slices on the top barbecue grill for 5 minutes on each side

Chef’s tip:
To create a crisscross pattern on the slices leave them on the grill for 2 minutes and then rotate them 90° and grill them for an additional 3 minutes before flipping them over onto the other side
