Grilled Potato Slices

Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
For 4 people 

Ingredients:

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 5 cl of olive oil
  • Fresh thyme or savoury (sarriette) to taste
  • Table salt to taste

Preparation:

  • Wash and scrub the potatoes.
  • Cut the potatoes into 8 mm slices.
  • Cook them for 5 minutes in salted water.
  • Drain the potato slices, brush with olive oil and sprinkle fresh thyme or savoury on them.
  • Place the potato slices on the top barbecue grill for 5 minutes on each side

Chef’s tip:

To create a crisscross pattern on the slices leave them on the grill for 2 minutes and then rotate them 90° and grill them for an additional 3 minutes before flipping them over onto the other side
